Most of us have experienced grief due to loss, many unexpectedly during the past year due to the COVID-19 Pandemic. This grief has led people to experience sadness, anger, disbelief, loneliness, and a variety of other emotions. It can be difficult to know how to manage emotions while continuing to live your life. “Managing Grief in a Time of Crisis” will discuss the physical and emotional responses to grief, the stages of grief, how to receive support when grieving, and how to provide support to a loved one who is grieving.
